Very disappointed 😞 I had to beg to have my taxes completed. It took multiple visits to his office (I live one hour away), innumerable phone calls to the office just to hear excuses. After 4 months his assistance, very rude, and qualified as incompetent by Rick himself, finished my taxes. After all, I ended up paying $5k over what my original taxes were. Never again 😒 worse experience ever.
