Rick holds a ton of knowledge about houses inside and out, whether it comes to the structure or the transactional part of it. He is able to point out any major issues he foresees as well as give peace of mind for the easy-fix issues you might come across. Rick is with you for the ENTIRE ride of buying or selling a home. I’ve used Rick three times for buying or selling, and my whole family has used him as well. Wouldn’t use anyone else!
We used Rick to buy our first house in Rapid City, and we were so pleased and impressed that we are using him to sell that house, three years later (due to a military relocation). When we were searching, he steered us away from poor construction and areas with higher crime rates (even though the houses were pretty "on the surface.") Another plus: he responds to emails/texts right away. He tirelessly showed us all around RC until we finally settled on the perfect house!
