Rick is a down to earth kind of guy yet, brilliant in his field. He provided honest options and guided me and my wife with the best information needed before, during and after the purchase. I can say he is a man with integrity. Will definitely look for his guidance on future purchases.

My husband and I are from out of state and had limited time to find our home in Boise. We found Rick, he had a number of properties to look at and was conscientious about our time. He is so good at what he does! We appreciated his knowledge of the area, the desires we had in the homes we considered buying, and made the process quick and pretty easy. Not only did we find a realtor but a friend. He’s also been back to our house to let deliveries etc. in. Thanks Rick for all your help!!
