We hired Rick in August 2023 with the understanding he would inspect our roof to determine the source of an ongoing water leak, provide pictures of the chimney area, provide a receipt, and proceed with the necessary repairs. I have not received the pictures or a receipt and, despite numerous texts since August 2023, Rick has been unable to fulfill his commitment to undertake the repairs.
