I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! They truly went above and beyond and were incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. They even took the time to show me how to properly check my oil and explain how important it is to prevent future issues, which I really appreciated. Staff were really kind, needed a quick fix and they happened to have an opening same day. Might not always be the case. But I enjoyed my time there
On 1/28/26 my truck started acting up and not running right and so I was stopped on I-88W in Illinois near Davenport Iowa. I called my mechanic for some help...meanwhile I'm 290 miles away from home. He got names for me to call. I ended up calling Rick &Ken's. These guys were great. They got my truck in fast (thank you for that)!! They diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on.
