Staff were really kind, needed a quick fix and they happened to have an opening same day. Might not always be the case. But I enjoyed my time there
On 1/28/26 my truck started acting up and not running right and so I was stopped on I-88W in Illinois near Davenport Iowa. I called my mechanic for some help...meanwhile I'm 290 miles away from home. He got names for me to call. I ended up calling Rick &Ken's. These guys were great. They got my truck in fast (thank you for that)!! They diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on. Five stars. I can’t say enough good things about Rick and Ken’s. My truck broke down while I was passing through Davenport, and the local Ford dealership couldn’t get me in for a couple of days. So I asked their service guy, 'Where would you take your own truck if you were in my shoes?' Without hesitation, he said, 'Rick and Ken’s.' That recommendation spoke volumes.
