I came in to have a tire rotation and had a nail in one of the tires, they were prompt and I didn't even have an appointment.

Had an appointment to get an oil change at 4pm. Arrived promptly at 320pm. Very early, knew I would have to wait till around 430 maybe even 5 depending on when they started it. It is currently 6pm and my car has not even made it into the shop for my oil to get changed. Never once have they apologized or even mentioned they are running behind or why I am waiting so long. Will never come back for anything.
Absolutely the best. These guys will do whatever it takes to take care of your car and make sure you are happy and satisfied. Wow.. They are caring, friendly, helpful, fair, honest, can't say enough good things! Jamie you are the best ever! Joe, you rock! And to Tory who fixed the serpentine belt or whatever it all was, after just replacing the air conditioning fan and adding Freon weeks ago, geesh, it was very stressful for me but these guys really handled it as great as they possibly could. A couple of times, I got my car back with a screw loose or something out of place, and when I called, they bent over backwards to make it right, like delivering my car to me instead of my having to pick it up, or giving me a ride home or a discount. Super Service and People! They are honest, polite and fair.
Power steering went out in my car the other day. Brought my BMW down to them and they found the leak in the line and fixed it. I had no problems.
They greatly helped me out for all of my routine maintenance work. The wait time was peaceful since I could enjoy a cup of coffee and watch some TV while my oil was being changed. It was great cause they fixed the clip on my fender for free that same day! I hadn't noticed it was hanging from beneath my car. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very affordable. I would recommend them again and again.
Quality and Reliability is all I can say about Rick Johnson Auto and Tire. My car had an overheating issue. I brought my car in because it was nearby and I was desperate. They fixed the problem and I haven t had any issues since!
