I was on my way to the University of Alabama in my son's year old X1 BMW and we stopped for the night in Tennessee. When we started to car in the morning a low coolant warning light was lit on the dashboard. We had only had the car serviced in New York two days before we left so this was concerning. I was on my way to Texas when my alarm started to going off in my E320 for no apparent reason, I requested the nearest MB dealer in my navigation and took me to Rick Hill imports in Kingsport, TN, what a surprise was waiting for me there! This is the worst dealer ever! I do not know how Mercedes Benz can allow this service department to exist! The service person is a lady not only ignorant but also extremely ill-mannered. Rich Hill does not know coustomer service – I can say that my experience with Rich Hill was terrible. My last name is also Hill and I?m ashamed to have this in common, because I don?t want anyone to think of me in any way associated with that company. His father Don Hill, was an amazing business man, but made the biggest mistake by handing the business over to his son. Rick is irresponsible and does not train his employees to customer friendly.
