DO NOT order parts from their website. Shipping times are fake. 'Overnight shipping' is first getting shipped 3 days later, I'll be lucky to get it a week after ordering. Massive waste of time and money.
The sales team at Rick Hill Imports never disappoint and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I have purchased nine vehicles from them over the years and always driven away as a happy customer. Unfortunately, the owners of Rick Hill do not believe in customer service or assisting the customer and are very difficult to work with. It is a shame since I have been a customer for 25 years that they now do not have any qualms about being difficult to work with and unhelpful.
We purchased our new to us car from Rick Hill Imports a few days ago. The experience could not have been better. Chuck Hunt made the process so smooth and easy. Hannah Easter was so good with getting all the paper work processed and having our car clean and ready for the road. We will be back. Thank you, Tom and Sheilao
