I had my Toyota Corolla Cross serviced at Rick Hendricks. Alex Davidovici was my advisor, and, as usual, he was attentive, fast and efficient. They took the car in, took me to work, in about an hour it was done, I received a video from a technician, and got a ride to pick up my car. They had given it a wash, and it was sparkling as new. Alex is always attentive to details and courteous. I will continue bringing my car to be serviced here. Thank you!

I came in this morning because one of my tires was leaking air! Cas helped me out and explained the process and was super helpful. Melissa is always such a great person to see! She usually helps me out for my early morning maintenance oil changes and she recognized me today even though I hadn’t seen her in 6ish months!
