Things Change Since 2007, I've bought and paid for the Highlander Hybrid Limited Ed. and the 2009 Venza. The first maintainance package bought for the Highlander good for 30,000 mile was overall a pleasant experience so much so that I signed on for another one for the Toyota Venza. These folks rock. I have purchased a Highlander, a Tundra, and yesterday a 2021 Toyota Camry. My sales rep was James. He rocks. The whole process was , as usual super easy and super fast. Their new smart computer in the finance dept, wow, get popcorn and a beer, it is super cool, fast and loved that . Their platinum warranty rocks, well worth it; I have it for my Tundra, and hassle free and the best extended warranty ever; I know, Im a lawyer and I know the ones that suck. 4 Stars. Rick Hendrick is always friendly and professional, but I have a problem with the idea of scheduling an appointment and then still having to wait over 2 hours for a simple service to be completed. I don't think I've ever gotten out of their service department in under an hour and a half. If it wasn't for the waiting time, I'd give them 5 stars.

I went in to have my car serviced but I didn’t have an appointment. I went inside to make an appointment with a customer service representative. I forgot his name but he was very pleasant and helpful. I was offered an appointment date and time. My wait would have been very long but I decided to wait for a possible cancellation. Well I was very pleased that my wait wasn’t long at all within an hour or less. I’m so grateful for the outstanding customer service. Thank you so much!
