Well it’s my time to complain. I have bought probably six or seven cars from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Buford. My Corvette Malinda suburban and on and on. So there’s a couple screws loose on my convertible clamp they want $220 just to look at it, that’s before any, parts and service is done to it. Unreal, and ridiculous. I will never go there for service or buy a car from them again.

Ask for Sean!!! He's GREAT For the past decade and a half, every 2-3 years I buy a new Nissan Maxima and for the past 3 or 4 purchases, I have always dealt with Sean Tolliver. I've developed such a professional relationship with Mr. Tolliver that I have his personal cell number saved in my phone under "My Car Guy" . I have followed him from Nissan dealerships in Stone Mountain, Morrow, Union City and Duluth and watched him blossom from an eager salesman to business oriented Sales/Finance Manager. Never take your vehicle to this location for warranty service. My newly purchased 2020 Silverado just passed its one year of ownership date when an electrical/transmission issue occurred which causes the truck to violently jerk when driving. The vehicle was initially submitted to this dealership for repairs in the beginning of December 2021.
