I scheduled service here for an oil change and inspection on my 2019 Corvette ZR1. Being somewhat new in town, I chose Hendrick Chevrolet for the service on my car based upon a friend’s recommendation. Based on my recent experience I would not even award them with 1 star. My vehicle was towed to their facility only to sit for 3 weeks. I was given an appointment date when the vehicle arrived but that date came and went without a word. I called the day after and they could not even find my vehicle in their system because the service advisor could not be bothered to do his job.
