Dealerships have gotten completely out of control with the fees they add after the fact.. We had a pretty awful experience at another dealership prior to heading to Rick Hendricks so we knew what we wanted and what we were willing to do. Zack was our salesman- he was fantastic- Hope we don't need another vehicle soon but if so would def look out for him! Rafael also great. Overall surprisingly pleasant experience other than the extremely long wait time to get to finance but it was a Saturday- they were very busy. Didn't help... read more
