I asked for the service manager to call me regarding my 9/16/2026 service, and he has not. I went in for oil change, tire rotation and recall. First, as I was leaving, I noticed on the bill that the tires had not been rotated, due to not being able to find the wheel lock key. I leased an EV from this dealership and was not given a charger. When I asked about it, I was told the dealership no longer provided chargers with the vehicles. Later, GM tried to charge me $500 for that charger. I contacted GM and was told to resolve the issue with the dealership, but the dealership did not take responsibility or help.
