Heather Kratky is amazing! She is always very helpful and willing to assist. Although I love her as my Service Advisor and would miss her, I feel she should be promoted to management!!
I worked with Andy and Taylor and they were both great. Andy was very professional and easy to talk with, I would highly recommend asking for him when you walk in! Taylor was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying and walked me through every feature thoroughly. Overall a great experience working with these two at CDJR.
Andy and Taylor took care of me got my friend into a brand new car then a week later I come and they got me into a brand new car as well took care of my 2 year old the entire time they were amazing top tier!!!!!!
