Benjamin Clark went above and beyond the call of duty to make the sale happen. I will definitely be going back to Rick Hendricks GMC to buy another vehicle.
Technician wrote up that I need two tires, apparently I need four. There’s also a piece hanging off right around my wheel well which is common in the Envista, I forgot to bring it up but if you’re inspecting the car you’d definitely see it and nobody said a word. Now I get to go back to the dealership to have it fixed which is annoying. The service advisors are always pretty nice.
On August 3, 2026, I scheduled a routine service appointment at Rick Hendrick Buick GMC. I arrived promptly at 0700, my appointment time. Nancy W greeted me and checked me in immediately. During my visit, I was informed that several items required servicing. I agreed to the necessary work.
