John White does a great job of taking care of me. Service techs handle my issues quickly & effectively. Team effort keeps me coming back.
Great service - great staff - nice clean waiting area - convenient hours - very professional place.
Service writers have very to little knowledge. I had to walk them through the write up and they still got it wrong. They told me I needed a new running board motor instead of looking to see that it was disconnected. I would suggest taking ur vehicle to a different gmc dealer if u want it done right.
I really liked the Service Agent. Excellent customer service! I didn't like that my appointment required a 3 hour wait upon arriving. I wish that a quick car washing after service would be included. This is my first domestic vehicle since I was about 21 years old (64 yrs old now). I've had mostly Hondas and a basic car wash was always included.
