Rick Hanna is always the first inspector we ask for for our inspections. He is always efficient, promptly calls you back, and goes out of his way to make the inspection as easy as possible. Can't get any better.

He did the inspection, but very poor service. I never received the inspection report until following up with two phone calls two months later. He made it clear that "these type of calls only slow me down". Meanwhile, my permit and deposit are hanging in the balance. While I understand that mistakes happen, the manner in which he handled my situation was very unprofessional. I feel that as a paying customer I have the right to my inspection report in a timely manner and the ability to inquire about the status of my inspection... read more
