Rick Giese of RE/MAX is the worst realtor I ever worked with for any transaction that I've ever done. I just closed on the sale of my house on June 11th 2018, and he has yet to contact me and thank me for using him. Not only was he lazy, he was very forgetful from one conversation to the next he would forget everything we previously discussed. I've never worked with this guy and never will. he has relentlessly sent me letters knowing of my divorce telling me I need him to sell my house. Well Rick you can sit there scrolling through the public records eating yourself to death looking for other people, because you will not get my $6,000 aka 3% home sale. I hope you end up working at the wall. good day.
