I Have been with Rick Francesangelo for many years. They are absolutely amazing to work with! Bev in particular. Bev always makes me feel like I am family. She is so very sweet over the phone. No Matter what my issue is, or even calling for routine payments it is such a pleasurable experience. If you want an insurance agency that makes you feel so welcome, at ease, and like you are family then choose them!
Rick and Bev have been wonderful. They promptly answer my calls and concerns, same day service. Have been with them for many, many years and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend Rick and his staff.
