Avoid at ALL COSTS
We have used Rick for buying 2 homes at the beach over the last 10 years. Each time Rick has gone over and beyond guiding us through the process. When it came time to buy our second home, we couldn’t wait to call Rick. Not only because he was a great realtor, but he made us feel like a friend and neighbor. He always checked up on us during storms and helped us with things after the sale. Overall I can’t recommend him enough, there is no one else I’d use at the beach!
I did not use Rick to sell my beaches home because he’s known to be disorganized and sloppy but also lacks real estate experience at the beaches since only property he has owned in NE Florida are low end properties located in Jacksonville southside.
