I never like to leave a bad review but I felt I did today. I drove to the service center and immediately felt unwelcome by Ryan. I made an appointment to simply diagnose my check engine light. He immediately said it would be a $350 out of pocket expense since they aren’t in network with Carvana. I explained to him that I spoke with the warranty representative that since it had been purchased a Carvana 2 weeks prior that they would wave the $350 fee and I would pay $100 out of pocket.
