I loved this place! Great customer service all around. Hahn messaged me a few time about a vehicle I was interested in. Hahn truly went above and beyond to help me get what I want. She was very personal and easy to work with, almost like a long lost friend. Five stars all around. Financing guy was very polite and not pushy at all. This is the second vehicle we bought at Rick Collins. They have the best staff. Hanh was amazing. She contacted me right away when I made an inquiry. She happily answered all our questions on different vehicles. It was a joy to work with her. She is very friendly. She gave us all the information we needed to make a confident purchase! On a side note, Ernie was a great help, too. He helped us when Hanh was busy when we first got there. He was fun and informative! I won’t buy from anywhere else.

Hanh and her colleagues at Rick Collins went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We called them to be put on their list to reserve a new Grand Highlander and within the week they contacted us with an available vehicle to test drive. We fell in love and bought it on the spot. They were very thorough and made sure we had exactly what we wanted.
