I give this place 5 stars why it doesn't have that overall I don't know. First receptionist is so sweet and made me feel so relaxed especially since my first time. She even took my coat and hung it up. My cosmopolist was Bob. He really took the time to sit down discuss what I wanted and knows what looks good on a person. I felt like I was going on one of those TV shows here's before and after. I could go on but I'd never get back in with his client overload he'd get. Thanks

I went here to get blonde highlights and April was my stylist. April had died my hair bleached it put me under heat. I had let her know. I had not dyed my hair for a year in the end I had hair falling out of my head. They still made me pay they ruined my hair And left me looking like trash. They only care about the money. They do not care about their clients this place is the worst place I have ever been to in my life. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Shout out to Shila at Ric &Co. She did an amazing job with my hair. I came in with long blonde reddish air she cut off 10" and was able to restore it back to my original color. She lightened it to a whitish Gray and gave me a very stylish cut. She is very talented and I'm very happy with my hair
