They let me leave the lot with a spare, WITHOUT my original wheel. Absolutely ridiculous that they didn’t remember or seem helpful. Tried calling them and spoke to the sales manager, when we got there the sales manager said they had never talked to anyone about this. Don’t recommend if you want accurate and reliable service.
My experience in this case was by far the worst car service experience I have ever had. Dealership or otherwise. The primary reason for that was lack of communication/response from the service department. Throughout my service, there were weeks that I called multiple times a day. Both to the direct line in my service advisor's email signature, as well as to the main number to be forwarded to the service center. I cannot recall my call ever being answered by a service advisor. Bad Service and Treatment! I bought my 2022 KIA TELLURIDE in this Dealership but My car had an oil leak and I went there they said I had to wait for 4-5 days for diagnostics without getting another car. I've already let them know that I had an appointment made to change oil for 2 days after. They didn't give you a solution for the concern.
Picked up my son’s vehicle yesterday and the repairs were only HALF done. They replaced a window but left off the tint, claiming insurance doesn’t cover it—despite the car being sold to me brand new with tinted windows. Now every window is tinted except one. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, the driver’s door handle cover wasn’t replaced. How does that get missed when you have to open the driver’s door? I have not yet been able to begin the service process. However, based on my experience so far, I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here if you value professionalism, timely communication, or efficient service. It took three days of repeated calls to receive any response or confirmation that my vehicle had even arrived at the service location after being towed.
