Terrible. They said all that I needed was an oil change. I finally got the car back and drove away and all the warning lights came on. I didn't know there could be so many warning lights. The triangle warning and a symbol of a car crash and the skid mark symbol. and a warning to cech the forward collision avoidance system. Now what am I to do? I don't want to take the car back to such an uncaring place.

This review is specifically regarding Marvin Harvey who is the Customer Service Relations Manager. He is OUTSTANDING at his job. My initial interaction with the service department yielded no results, however, once Marvin stepped in communication improved greatly and the issue was resolved. He is definitely worth whatever he is making and likely so much more.

I’ve been coming here for about 4 years to get my Forte serviced and have never had a poor experience. Today I saw they’re in a different location, but there was nothing different about the service. It never takes too long and Marvin was there greeting me & everyone else with a cheerful smile. Brandi & the team always answers my questions upfront. Thank you everyone at Rick Case! Looking forward to seeing you all for normal maintenance soon.
