problem resolved. 2019 Sorento was in for an oil change. I got the car back and drove away and all the warning lights came on. I didn't know there could be so many warning lights. The triangle warning and a symbol of a car crash and the skid mark symbol and a warning to check the forward collision avoidance system. If I could give a negative I would. I Went in and asked for a diagnostic, my Kia that I bought 8 months ago was stalling and shutting down. He suggested a tune up due to mileage but ensured they would do diagnostics and I agreed but the turns out entire engine was blown and it was covered under warranty because the car had 8 recalls Kia did not inform me of🤦‍♀️. Worst Scam Ever. I went in to get my Rio checked up to see why it did not pass the emission test. They charged me 270 dollars for diagnostics. Then, they told me engine must be replaced. But, my car is running fine, so we went to another mechanic, and they said, it was just oil change being needed. I could have wasted 5000 dollars on this BS they gave. I highly recommend anyone getting second opinion before dealing anything with this bullcrap Dealer.

I made an appointment to get my car serviced, and when I got there, they said it would be at least 4 days before they would get to it. I asked if I could just bring it back in 4 days since that was the earliest they would be able to get to it.. I was told no and that I would go to the back of the queue if I did that. What is the point in even having appointments? Just an absolute clown show.
