Not just this location but their corporation entirely. *** had to fight about an engine recall for 2 months since mine had died on me with no notice. I got the engine approved for replacement after a month of waiting for a diagnosis but they forced me to buy a package to put it in the vehicle since *** doesnt cover the parts to put it in even though the 2021 class action lawsuit stated they had to. This company deserves ZERO stars. I purchase a 2024 Kia Seltos in May, 2023. All I want is a refund for a service that I will NOT be getting. The finance manager sold me an interior treatment and set an appointment for June 3rd for me to come back to have the inside of my vehicle treated. I ONLY want a refund for that. I wish I could leave zero stars. We purchased a car with a 10yr 100,000 mile warranty for power train. After we left the lot the transmission had issues. We took it back and were loaned a car for a week. After a week we were told they weren’t gonna fix the car because it took to long, and that we had the option to keep the one we had currently or to “reverse” the deal. Misleading Sales Technics. I recently inquired about a car in which I specifically asked if the car was still available for purchase. The dealership assured me it was available for purchase and available for viewing. Thirty minutes later when I got to the dealership, I heard the car was sold earlier in the day and that it had not been yet been received. Purchase Hyundai 2015 on Oct.2018(Used Car) same day was in service for 4 day's after,Front End Suspensions and other services that it wasn't Pre-Certified .
