I give 1 star otherwise I wouldn't be able to submit my review. At the beginning they are nice because they want to get your business, well I couldn't get what I wanted and I was offered a model below of the one I wanted, I was disappointed, I I ended up with a color and a car that I wasn't totally happy with. I wasn't offered other options. I have been leasing cars for the last 10 years and I have always been offered, oil change and tire rotation for the duration of the lease.
