Just purchased a 2026 GV80 and came in for service, Andre was very helpful and got me in and out quicker than I thought.
Charged 2 labor fees and you don't realize it until the work is done and you sign to pay. The staff isn't cordial. When you take your car to get serviced it's like going to the doctors so you would hope all involved beginning to end would be caring.
The only representative who shows care and concern is Orlando. When you walk in he's the only one that says hello and informs someone will be with you. He's the only one who smiles and tries to go beyond to assist. Not even the service department manager Tammy smiles or speaks. She doesn't try to go beyond to assist with urgent matters that are brought to her attention.
