My new car came with a loose clip board on the back door on the left side. The first thing this employee told me was that he did not cover the guarantee because he assumed that I broke it, when I previously brought the car to service and showed that the car came with this loose clip board. Every time I visit the Hyundai service center in Duluth, I regret buying a Hyundai vehicle. Their customer service is terrible—it feels like you’re begging for attention. I am paying for my vehicle, it was not given to me for free. Most of the staff who deal with customers (though not all) show a very low level of professionalism, education, and knowledge in customer service.

I will never go to that place again. I arrived at 11:00 am for an oil change. They told me to come back at 12:00 pm because they were full. I came back at that time only to be told to come back at 1:30 pm and they spoke in a bad way.

Bought a car from this dealership and needed service, literally arrived at 3:56pm on a Thursday and was told they were done for the day and that service hours are from 8-4pm. How is anybody that works Monday through Friday able to do that. Told the attendant I work downtown Atlanta so he knows the traffic volume he didn’t ask whether or not I wanted to wait just automatic dismissed. Gave me the number to another dealer and walked away.
