I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization in the service department. I specifically scheduled an appointment to address a recall, yet upon arrival, I was told the necessary part wasn't even in stock. This was a complete waste of time that could have been avoided with a simple phone call or basic inventory check. I woke up and put in a request from Honda on a Monday morning for a 1000-5. Every Honda dealer on the west coast was close. I received a call from Ed 30 mins after inquiring, he sent pics and financing app right over. 30 mins later I was approved and Sxs was on trailer heading to my house 200 miles away. I received Sxs and paperwork 3hrs later. That’s exactly how you do business! No excuses, just results!
