The worst service. Agents don’t have a good customer service. I took my car for service they took 5 hours and the they did not have the courtesy to tell me that this was going to take that long. This is the worst service
Lack of communication throughout the process, took 7.5 hours to complete what is normally a 2 hour oil change and maintenance visit. Conmar was the service manager, I had to be the diligent one in contacting for updates. Will not return to this location. One bright spot was Carlos, who transported me via shuttle to my home. He was a pleasant and delightful person.

Rude and unprofessional Waldo and Alex. They need formal training how to treat their customers. Extremely bad service!!!!
