Rick Case at it’s worst! I live here in Weston and liked the convenience of having a dealer I could trust. I paid the all inclusive service which is a total scam. I have a brand new car and every schedule maintenance which was supposed to be all inclusive, it’s been no less than $200 each time for a new car. The last time I asked to change the windshield wipers and they wanted to charge me about $160 for it because supposedly they had to change the whole arm and blamed me for supposedly replacing the arm for a non-original H... read more
I had four new tires installed last October. Fast forward to yesterday (almost 6 months later), one tire was totally blown out on highway. They don’t give any warranty on it even it’s less one year. If I could give zero star, I would.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Going to Rick Case fir three weeks in a row for a one year CRV, how that is possible??
I had an 11:30 am appointment and when I arrived , was told it would be about 2 hour wait time. Well it’s been 3 and half hours…. Customers with an appointment should be prioritized. Not to mention this as an excuse but I’m very pregnant, which is why I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait so long. Room for improvement? Of course.
