Dr Carlson was fantastic and went the extra mile to truly figure out what was causing the issue, even though the ER was very busy. He took all the time needed to explain the terms and make sure we understood. We are grateful that he was working when we arrived at the ER!!
Explored all potential avenues to cause of chest pain and ended with a diagnosis and pain relief. Excellent bedside manner, was patient with questions, and took the time to explain everything clearly (even drawing a diagram).
FAILURE TO INFORM ME OF LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS! BEWARE!!
