Customer service is non existant. I turned in a claim for damages done in February and just picked up the vehicle today in May. No thanks to the agent. I received an estimate from State Farm for hundreds of dollars less than the shop estimates. I tried to get an explanation from the agent and all I got from the secretary was the check is in the mail. I got a $200 check on a $1500 estimate.
