Horrible experience overall. Terrible communication; would only respond to calls in broken text to explain important documents like the Offer. Shared confidential info on Google in response to review. Worked in favor of the other parties to encourage rental deal after purchase only inquiry. Didn't help search or notify of new listing in price range in requested area. Terrible at communication, sent a 300 word text message instead of answering the phone to explain how to sign an Offer. Tried to add a sketchy rental deal into the purchase of a home in favor of the other parties. Now refuses to let me fire him unless I give up our new home and earnest money. Beware
