I sure hope this isn’t Rick but this employee of them has some serious road rage problems. He tailgated me while I was going 85, then proceeded to overtake me going over 90 and then brake checked me doing those speeds. Then while he was getting off the Springville exit on the freeway, he flipped us off and stared us down. Probably shouldn’t have been doing this in a company truck. Do some better training. Don’t work with this business. It’s a shocker they’ve been in business for as long as they have.
Rick installed the roofing on our home 25 years ago. When it came time to replace the shingles, he came immediately, did a very thorough review of what was needed and provided a more-than-fair quote for the replacement. Materials were delivered as promised and the quality of the install is perfect. They were respectful of our property and had very polite installers. A big thank you to Rick, Ryan, Bernabe and the whole RBR team!
Rick Bangerter Roofing did a great job on our roof. They were quick and Ryan always kept us updated. He was very prompt in responding to questions and inquiries.
Stood by their work when a couple pipe vents failed they came out and repaired them free of charge 7 years after the install.
We hired Rick based on a recommendation from a family member. He called us up and within a few days had us a bid. His bid was fantastic and was by far the most reasonable. He also detailed all the work that he would perform in his bid, unlike the other roofing companies. We decided to go with him because he has such a great reputation.
