Unfortunately I did not buy my Ford SUV here. But I ran into major issues at the dealership I did buy it at. I came to Rick Ball to get some answers. Today I took my 2024 Ford F250 in for service after have a bad experience at another dealer. The service department is first class great people great service . very professional. A second time going to rick ball ford not disappointed, the two ladies at the service desk are awesome to deal with and really care. Great service Great attitude !!!!!
Buy a used vehicle from Sedalia. The vehicle has a transmission leak. The salemen tome it was ran through the show and was all check out nothing wrong with the vehicle. I have put less than 250 miles on the vehicle when I noticed the transmission was leaking. I ran the vehicle up on ramps to get under the vehicle to see if I could find the source of the leak. Then I noticed the back part of the transmission is total black from the leak. You could see were they washed underneath the vehicle but couldn't get to that spot. So I... read more
