had a great experience at Rick Ball Ford! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Mekhi, my salesman, was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend both the dealership and Mekhi if you're looking for a new car.
I was very pleased with "the works" package and the friendly people who greeted me and performed the service.
Unfortunately I did not buy my Ford SUV here. But I ran into major issues at the dealership I did buy it at. I came to Rick Ball to get some answers. The service department went over and beyond my expectations! In all my years I've never encountered such a great team. Mike was AMAZING! I vow my next vehicle will be bought here.
I had an issue in service that was honestly pretty frustrating. Dominick was pretty helpful, and I'd happily work with him again. What really earned the five-star review was the follow up and customer service I received after bringing my issue to management's attention.
