Chris and Randy went above and beyond for us in a difficult situation today. They made sure we were well taken care of!
I represent another Ford Dealership in Missouri, but I can tell you for certain Chris and Randy are a couple of the good men out in this world! My wife and children broke down on a rural blacktop road coming home from the lake and I called Chris in a panic as they were alone, and it was near 100 degree day, and I am 2 hours away. Chris jumped in with Randy, they picked my family up, assisted with a tow and got my family safe and back on the road home! Amazing humans working at this store! Thank you and your team!
Ford F150 would not start, 3 weeks ago. Took the truck to 3 other mechanics but none could locate the issues. Expensive but they fixed it
They held my truck for a week and half after signing papers for who knows what. Finally drove the 70 miles from my house to go pick it up. Had to ask multiple times for the door code to the truck as it wasn’t in the manual book like usual. Had it for less than two months and it was leaking oil (the dipstick came out DRY) so I had added oil and taken it down there for them to fix.
