Our experience with Rick Ball Ford was a very positive. Our salesman Ivan Sosa was great during the entire process as well as after the sale. Going over all the features of our new vehicle and assisting with setting up our phones with the Bluetooth. Highly recommend.
Today I took my 2024 Ford F250 in for service after have a bad experience at another dealer. The service department is first class great people great service . very professional. A second time going to rick ball ford not disappointed, the two ladies at the service desk are awesome to deal with and really care. Great service Great attitude !!!!! Took my truck again for service I can’t say enough about how great service is and personal touch!!!!
Mike (service manager) is very knowledgeable and thorough. Angie and Betty are always friendly and helpful. Everyone seems eager to help, they do good work, in a timely fashion
