Chris and Mekhi made the entire buying process easy, transparent and seamless. There were no unpleasant surprises when we arrived to take delivery and everything that was agreed upon was upheld. Really no complaints, the car was clean, full of fuel and Mekhi took the time to explain the electronics and helped setup the apps, pairings, etc...
Very poor service and communication. Was told my truck would be ready 7 days before it actually was because different "things came up." Was not given a courtesy car despite them taking my truck into fix it at the end of my work day and leaving me high and dry with no way home. Anywhere else in town would likely be better.
The sales team at Rick Ball is great…this is the 9th vehicle over the years that we’ve bought from this dealership and every time has been a great experience!
