I took my F150 in for the Works oil change and a battery replacement. When I dropped my truck off, I said I thought my battery might be dead and was told if I wanted it tested, they could but if it tested fine I would be charged $80 to test even though they test it during the oil change. You make a oil change appointment at 9:15am drop it off at 9am run some errands because you live 45min away and come back 2 1/2 hrs later and they haven't even started it. And no one really cared it was that's how it is . Sad sad customer services. Will not come back I'm sure they don't care .
Closed off Herold Ave road that accessed 50 hwy for no reason. Years later its still a massive pain in the ass. How is this even allowed.
My car was in the shop for over three weeks. No one ever called to tell me what the status was unless I called and left a message.
