We can't say enough good things about Rick Ball Ford. While traveling through Sedalia last week we had a mishap on the icy streets. Our car slide into a curb and damaged the left front wheel. We had our vehicle towed to Rick Ball Ford. They recognized we were stranded travelers and got our car in right away for an evaluation. They needed to keep the car several days for repairs so they gave us a ride to a car rental agency, so we could travel home the last 1 1/2 hours. After Rick Ball Ford/Lincoln in Sedalia, Mo replaced the gasoline engine in my hybrid it broke down 17 miles out of town. Suffers from electrical issues including the service engine light and repair engine light. Dealership created additional issues refuses to fix them. I was left stranded having to call a tow truck and get a hotel in the freezing rain on 02/20/2018 and they wouldn't even come pick me up or offer me a loner car. Horrible!
