Just had regular service work done at Rick Ball Boonville. Been with this dealer for over 20 years, even after moving to Columbia. Effecient, friendly, honest. Treat us like family, not just another paycheck. Our only dealer for sales and service.
I took my truck in for a recall notice. The service manager took the time to explain to me what they would check with the recall notice and any follow up that may be necessary. They have great service, and my truck was done in no time.
I had a airbag recall that I ws finally able to get completed on my 2010 silverado, My girlfriend and I dropped the truck off and it ws completed by that afternoon. After seeing my dash I was furious, the dash is broken in several places. I brought it to th attention of the attendant she took pictures and relaye the info to her boss. I waited a week to give them time to investigate the issue and I called the Shop Foreman and was told that they wouldn't replace the dash, the service attentent is stating that the dash was brok... read more
