Would highly recommend working with Rick to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Memphis area. He helped us buy our house about seven years ago and just helped us sell it. We had already moved out of town when selling the house and him and his team were able to make it easy to have a remote closing. He also connected us with all of the companies for work on the house, helped negotiate those costs and kept the entire process moving quickly for a fast close. We appreciate everything on both sides of the transaction.
Rick is a dream come true. Usually house buying is fraught with worry and annoyance. Rick made the process SO easy that all we needed to do is write the check and close.
