Walked into a very welcoming office. Waited seconds and got to speak to a very friendly and selfless customer service staff, Nidia Ramos. I’ve been a customer of Statefarm - Rick Armendariz office for 6+ years and I’ve been inquired by other agents/companies. However, Statefarm - Rick Armendáriz always has found me a good deal, and other plans not just car insurance (Life, renters and credit card).
