Rick was not timely, clear or accurate with his communications. He was the seller's agent on a home we wished to purchase but struggled to get info on HOA, potential fines against the property, required repairs, etc. So glad we moved on to another property represented by a much more responsive and helpful realtor.

Took 3 days for Rick Andrews to return our call when purchasing a 1 acre lot in Shooting Creek. Had to call 2 more times before he returned our call.Then closing was not done in a timely manner.
I am very glad I chose Rick and his team to sell my home in Hiawassee Georgia. They all worked diligently and we closed in about 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Century 21 Black Bear Realty.
