Highly recommend. I had a previous doctor who wanted to actually do surgery and REPLACE MY EARDRUM. When I saw Dr. Friedman for a second opinion, he said, "let's give steroids a try before you commit to surgery". As it turns out, the steroids SOLVED THE PROBLEM and I didn't have to have surgery. Dr. Friedman's team also makes double sure who you are at the start of the appointment and takes plenty of time to explain the situation and allow you to ask questions at the end of the appointment. Flew from Charleston, SC to San Diego to have my retrosigmoid craniotomy with Dr. Friedman and Dr. Schwartz and it was the best decison I have ever made! They are the ultimate experts in their field! They got the whole Acoustic Neuroma out and were able to preserve my hearing! Can't recommend enough!
