I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. I’m opening up a restaurant and doing a food truck I hired them to complete a job, but they never returned to finish the work. I called several times and sent text messages, and they would not answer my calls or respond to my text. This is extremely unprofessional and very poor business practice. Excellent work!! Always gets the job done and very professional!
Charged $100 to not fix the water heater.
Called them in a Tuesday in dire need of pipe repair. Said they would come Friday morning. Never heard from them and called. They said after lunch. Never heard from them. Close to 5pm I called again and they finally told me they took another job ahead of mine. Unprofessional! If they had told me that from the beginning I would not be at 5pm on a Friday trying to find another plumber!
