Just dont even waste your time, if i could give zero stars i would! i lived here for about 2 years and honestly it was the worst mistake of my life. please do not be fooled by the cheap rent because these apartments are the definition of you get what you pay for! there isnt an elevator so good luck moving furniture if your unit is on the 3rd floor. these apartments are infested with roaches.. GIANT roaches at that....they were constantly coming in my apartment crawling from underneath the floor boards from other apartments, ... read more
Don’t believe the reviews. I absolutely love it here. It’s super quiet, in the good part of Maplewood. Now, it’s not Luxury over here, but it’s a cool lil 1 bedroom. Joann and Anthony are beyond amazing. People will say anything in the reviews if they don’t get their way.
I live there for a year it was cool until I had sign for my second lease everything went down hill it smelled like pee every where , I tend see spider and bugs comin in from outside, water was always cold , second thing too maintenance man is very weird and also spy’s on people, before I was put out my apartment there was a so called leak in the the apartment under me and came in my apartment and violated my space snooping around my apartment when he was suppose to fixing wat he was supposed to be fixing, at the time I was t... read more
My cousin lived here. It may be cheap & in a good location but trust me it is not a good idea to live here. The maintenance staff are nosy her windows were open and the guy with the straw hat kept looking inside. Last summer out of town friends were visiting and she had a notice on her door saying she was in violation of the lease.
