Friendly,caring employees! Card fraud department is on top of it all! Bank participants supports their village/cities where they are located to the fullest! Very personal which leaves the feeling they are enjoying their job.

I just opened my daughter a bank account with them and couldn’t be more pleased! I LOVE the fact that they have a change machine for customers since she is only 3 and we save in a piggy bank. I am now considering switching all accounts to them. Beth in Marysville was excellent professional and quick to get me in and out with my daughter! I’m excited to get to know Richwood Bank a little bit better in the future!
