Received the most blatant discrimination in the Delaware branch last Saturday. Took my business to Huntington. Discrimination for medical disability is a crime.. Shouting GET AWAY FROM ME is pathetic, childish behavior.

The marysville location is AMAZING. Everyone in there acknowledges you and treats you like family. Truly cares for the customers needs. And don’t forget about the AMAZING coffee area. A full service bank for sure especially when they help with a surprise birthday cake. Love love this bank!!!
Love the bank in general but I’m seriously fed up with online banking, I consistently monitor my checking and savings and then day before Black Friday it says my account cannot be verified and it happens more often then none ALWAYS when I need to transfer money and of course no one will be in tomarrow so guess who’s not participating in Black Friday third year in a row! Me! This will be the reason I leave richwood bank
