I was happy with the service before they finished the replacement of my bathroom cabinet and sink. After it was all completed the sink drain plunger had a part missing ( and it was the cheapest one they sell, all plastic), I took it back to the store and told them I would buy a replacement. I called them to make an appointment to put in the replacement part and was told they would charge me $250.00 to replace the part they installed with a missing part that I had to pull to let the sink drain everytime I used it.
