Do NOT ship a bike from Richwagen's. This store lost my bike because they provided no communication regarding my shipment. No email with the tracking number, details on my shipment, if it was picked up/delivered confirmation. I received no phone calls that my bike was done being tuned up and shipped out or when to expect my package to arrive. Absolutely nothing. Quick, Friendly, efficient Great shop
Very unhelpful from the moment we walked in. Terrible customer service and clearly doesn’t care about helping customers. Would not recommend, especially with how many bike shops and bike rental services are in the area.
