I had a terrible experience with Frank in this store. I brought a 18k gold chain for a small repair after 3 days I came back to pick it up and this person change my chain for another one, I came back to complain the same day and ask for my chain and this horrible person refuse to give me back my original necklace. I am 100% sure this new neckace is not mine as it turned black, the weight is less and I have photos to prove it. I will be filling a police report as this is theft. My elderly mother is in a nursing home. Her finger swelled up and she couldn’t get her wedding ring off as the bone had swelled up. She couldn’t move her finger and was in a lot of pain. I called around to different jewelry places trying to find someone that could remove it. Very few places offered this service in our area and those that did charged a fee ($50).
