I have lived in Londonderry NH since 1985. I met Paul Richter shortly after moving here. He and his employees are the ONLY people I will trust my jewelry with... Appraisals, repairs, and general advice, along with honesty and fairness. His selection of new pieces is also top notch. I would give Richter's more than 5 stars if I could.
If I could give 6 stars I would. I have been shopping at Richters for many years and I no longer buy jewelry anywhere else. The staff is very helpful and friendly and Paul and Amy will do whatever they can to make your experience a pleasant one. If they don't have the piece that calls to you, they have a large selection of loose gems to enhance a design or try something custom. Even if I move across the country, I will always get my jewelry from Richters. My parents, who have shopped here for years, took me here to get my college graduation gift. I liked the pearl necklaces they had on display and mentioned how much I liked raw, irregularly-shaped pearls; when I expressed this to Paul, he brought out a tray of raw pearls that had not been made into jewelry yet.
