I saw Dr. Richter four times. She never once put a stethoscope to my chest (or any where else), nor did she perform any sort of physical. I informed her that the anesthesiologist who assisted in a procedure I had (after my second visit with Dr. Richter) told me that I should have a follow up appointment with my doctor re: an enlarged thyroid. Dr. Richter did not even palpate my neck! Turns out I had thyroid cancer. She spent our sessions staring at her computer. Unprofessional!
She is fairly poor -- never does follow up labs (I have to remind her), made a mistake with my prescription, offers up few ideas for dealing with chronic conditions and pretty much has wasted my time in trying to improve my health. Office staff never answers the phones so routine interactions with office (including making appointments) is difficult.
