My first visit went very well. All the people are personable and very helpful. The exam was, I thought, very thorough. Today was a two hour appointment to prep my mouth and teeth for a permanent bridge. All went well. I'm the type that would love to have all this shown on a screen were I could watch all the work going on. Dr. Richter is excellent at communicating what is going on, what is coming up, and any other info that he feels might make me more comfortable. Couldn't recommend this place enough. I came from a bad experience at another office and trusted this place because of the reviews. And the service suprasses the hype somehow. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Cannon is extremely knowledgeable & honest. She won't point you to spending more money, she'll point you to what actually needs to be done. The front desk ladies are also really nice, and I get this family vibe while I'm there. And they have TV's in every room, so you can listen to your favorite podcast while you get... read more
