They’re always very nice and welcoming to customers.
If you have half a day of your precious time to waste, then this dentist is for you! My appointment time has NEVER been honored, EVER! (Even when I am the first appointment.) Average wait time after your scheduled time is 30+ minutes!!! I recieve multiple reminder texts making sure I show up. But apparently my time is not important. The staff is unresponsive and can barely greet you. Caring is not a word I would use for this dentist or her staff.
