Had one guy come out to look at our roof. He said he would call back and let me know how it went, he never did. Their communication in there is not good. If we knew we had to chase him around to find out when he went up to the room, what he found there, we wouldn't have wasted our time
Damen, a Richtek electrician, came out to sort out a cabling issue with my internet following a recent NBN upgrade to fibre to the premises. He came the next day after contacting Richtek and gave me a call 20 minutes before arriving. The work was done within an hour and was very pleased with the result and the cost.
