Great sales reps but absolute trash computer and finance system set ups. Told me parts were in, parts never showed. Went in for a parts refund they said I already picked up half the order which luckily they found in their office so I was able to get the full refund. While they have no control over the finance system it is absolute trash too. I'll never finance another Yamaha ever. I will be reporting the finance department to the better business bureau since I can't leave reviews for them online.

While shopping for a new Yamaha, I had the opportunity to meet with the staff at Rich’s Yamaha. They are the friendliest and helpful people in the moto business. Straightforward pricing at competitive rates and fantastic customer service. Thanks.

Came in to have rear wheel bearings checked. They fixed the corrosion issue inside the hub and didn't try to upsell or overcharge me. Good people, great service!
